Their are 4 Units in this building Not 2!! Their are Constant heat issues. Landlord doesn’t care if their is Heat or Hot water in building. It’s up to the tenants if we want the building clean. Landlord tell us if the hallways need to be cleaned you do them. I don’t have time to clean them. Their are No security cameras to this building or mailbox. No doorbell either. Landlord refuses to put in a mailbox. Steps inside building n floor are ripped up. Landlord won’t fix anything in this building.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants. You only have 4 tenants in this building. Get someone to clean the hallways n railing to stairs. Won’t kill you to clean the building when all 4 tenants pay you monthly for their rent.
