finally! a nyc landlord who isn't greedy
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, convenient, always plenty of heat and water!!!! good with the painting too. rent is reasonably priced and they do thorough background checks on everyone who comes in so it feels very safe

has security cameras and responds very quickly to issues with other tenants in the building but keeps it confidential

sometimes if its not something urgent he takes a while to get around to it. but for emergencies he always comes right away
Cons:
some older tenants in the building act like they own the place
Advice to owner:
thank u! finally a good landlord in nyc!
