Cute quaint urban home

Pros:
Laundry in building, clean, quiet, well maintained.
Cons:
Starting to get noisy outside due to location of bars down the block, nothing unreasonable
Advice to owner:
Need to bait laundry room with bug traps

Lovely pre-war co-op building

Pros:
Staff are great, friendly neighbors, lots of light, high ceilings, good heat, very clean
Cons:
The subway and traffic outside does create environmental noise, but one becomes accustomed to it
Advice to owner:
Paint more frequently.

Cons:
Basement has roaches and mice as well as most apartments. Next to underground subway which vibrates the building a little
