Just awful place

Pros:
Neighborhood is great but this building sucks
Cons:
Your stuff will get stolen, garbage area isn’t organized, there are bed bugs in this building. Neighbors are nice but someone there is stealing people’s packages. The stairs are tiny and made with marble, be careful when wet as it can get slippery. There have several evictions. This building has potential, but the landlord does not care about this property
Advice to owner:
You guys clearly do not care for this building and have put zero effort in the overall cleanliness. I would not suggest anyone moving in this place.
