Pros:
Location, good super
Cons:
Often no heat in the winter, my apartment was painted once in 23 years, all windows are in horrible shape, I had to buy my kitchen appliances because what they offered was pure garbage and the landlords office practically cannot be reached and all email complaints a useless because nothing ever done or changed.
