Major Cracks in 2nd Floor Units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet building, but tenants in 3R are very loud and sometimes cause so much shaking from stomping and running that plaster falls from the ceiling in unit 2R.
Cons:
There are concerns about the structural integrity of this building. In apt 2R there are massive cracks, and one wall has even become mostly separated from the ceiling. The floor bows in this area. The ceiling leaks in unit 2R and also in the ground floor businesses. There's a major crack down the back side of the building. There are no smoke detectors throughout the building.
