Worst building ever

Pros:
Nothing to like unfortunately
Cons:
Price is too high for an old building
Apartment 2R is an office not a living apartment doesnt even have access to gas and the stove is electric so imagine how high bill is
There is no het in the building and tenants keeps complaining
Building is full of mice
Gold water is hot water
Radiators are exposed and its caused many injuries
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building it’s disgusting
