Spacious, but pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
The place has a great amount of space, beautiful porch and lots of good sunlight. Master bed room is spacious and kitchen has good counter space and storage
Cons:
Windows are drafty. Heating worked only half the time and only in half the rooms of the apartment and cooling (even with 7 window units) is extremely unbalanced and barely kept the house cold. Also had pest issues and plumbing issues that were pointed out to owner but shrugged off, leaving tenant to clean up an issues out of their own pockets that they didn’t cause.
Advice to owner:
Owner needs to do major renovations to the windows, bathroom, and heating and cooling in order to ask for an astronomical amount of rent for the place- even in the area it’s located.
