Pros:
There are plenty of restaurants and fun activities to do here. Close to the R train and laundrymat. Rent stabilized and affordable. Always give heating and there’s hot water.
Cons:
Little privacy where you live. Owners sitting infront of the apartment building and give tenants little privacy during summer and spring. Front building is used as social hour. They also look through your garbage and watch everything. No backyard access and not allowed to plant anything in front yard. No dishwasher or washer and dryer. Basic things.Not a good place if you value privacy and peace of mind.
Advice to owner:
Allow tenants more privacy to enjoy their living space.
