Gets the job done

Pros:
The super is live in, highly responsive, and the public spaces are cleaned/maintained very regularly.
Cons:
There are some challenges, such as the building buzzer, which is repeatedly broken. Neighbors are sometimes excessively loud as well, typically with domestic issues.
