Bay Ridge Dream
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman 24/7 Multiple laundry Rooms Elevator In-building Parking
Cons:
Pests are a problem but are usually taken care of quickly. They are currently remodeling the building's interior and it looks great but going slow.

Horrible super and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apts are huge. Location is lovely.
Cons:
The super in this apt Frank is the most useless person I have ever met. If you ever have issues he will only respond after you tear him a new one and after a while that gets exhausting. Management just doesn’t care about this building and even the doormen told me that there are many issues behind the scenes. I moved in here and paid a decent amount of money for the apt thinking it’s a full service luxury building as they claim. Upon moving in I noticed paint job was cracking, radiator was dirty and not cleaned for decades, windows were not properly sealed, outlets were not properly installed. It took about 6 months to get some of this stuff fixed. Be warned if you decide to move here make sure you do not sign the lease until your apt is fully to your satisfaction. They rush you to sign and once you do...you no longer exist to them.
Advice to owner:
Fire frank and hire a good super. The man does not do his job and I have never seen a super as useless as him.
