I miss living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was great, the super was pretty responsive to issues, and the building manager was very organized. The building was within walking distance of the supermarket and shops. Parking was slightly easier to find. Walk to the subway or express bus.
Cons:
No online payment method for rent.

Not Worth the Commute
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent, laundry in building, elevator, monthly exterminations, and close to the water/park
Cons:
The walls are so thin, I broke my lease because I kept waking up at 3am to the sound of my downstairs neighbor playing video games and to my upstairs neighbor doing random stuff. Also, the super doesn't actually live on premises like they told me he does. I lived there 2 years and was never able to get on him on the phone or in person to help me with things when I needed it. It was also hit or miss getting in touch with management. Lots of people also smoke in their units, which made my apartment reek.
Advice to owner:
Give people the super's cell phone number, not a landline to the building's basement.
