Roaches, Mice and Mold
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway.
Cons:
Vermin - roaches, water bugs and mice on every floor. Filthy hallways and lobby. A dead mouse lay on the stairs for 3 days. Packages stolen everyday for years. Warped floors with nails coming out. Low water pressure. Inconsistent heat and hot water. Windows pop out of casing. Leaks from ceiling. Unresponsive landlord.
Advice to owner:
Sell building now.

Slumlord who didn’t care what happened to the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apts were spacious, near train station and nice area for restaurant and bars
Cons:
Floors were not leveled due to age of building. So many issues with mice and landlord is rude and does not try to give u a renewed lease or deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Pass it on to someone who can manage the building and maintain it

Horrible slumlord building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- very close to subway -very close to multiple grocery stores and shopping centers
Cons:
Literally everything else. But some highlights:
-a homeless woman illegally lived in the building for months harassing and assaulting tenants and pooping in the elevator. - packages were always stolen - Ceilings leaked every time it rained -broken windows -dead vermin in the hallways - drug dealers hanging out in the stairs outside my apartment - management and super HIGHLY Unresponsive. Super once laughed in my roommates face when she expressed concern about a leak coming from the light fixture
