Old Building full of Mices
Former Tenant
Pros:
The street is quite, close to the R train.
Cons:
Landlord doesn't care about his tenants, its very dirty, full of cockroaches and mice and they don't do anything to solve the issue. The Super Intendant is a lazy young guy who doesn't do anything.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants because if they pay the rent that you have required, ate least provide them with decent living conditions.
