Good area bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Area is good
Cons:
The management takes advantage of the fact that this is a desirable area to provide minimum maintenance to property. The high demand of apartments and low inventory makes it easier for owners to get away with these tactics.

Objective Evaluation of the property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is approachable and responsive to complaints
Cons:
The owner and the MANAGEMENT have no care about their property and tenants. They are quick to increase rent but turtle slow to no action in responding to complaints. They’re afraid to spend a few bucks to replace fixtures even as simple as a 50-year old mailbox.
Advice to owner:
Please change the people working in your management office. They’re very defensive even though they have not been to the area or visited the building. Absolutely no Word of Honor!
