Very well managed prroperty

Pros:
Excellent daily service, no pests, very clean
Cons:
Thin walls construction so interior sounds not well contained,. High exterior noise level due to location at 4 way intersection and proximity to highways
Advice to owner:
Maintenance is great

nice building, area, good transit if you use xpress bus
Cons:
psychopath neighbor in 2G, has driven away at least 2 tenants before us, was the only reason we moved, management did nothing at all
