    Do better in fixing the Bulding from the inside and better Managment

    there are better places to call home

    Location close to subway
    Cons:
    You will be drowning in cockroaches and bedbugs. Management will not fix anything. Super will pick and choose who to work for.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire another super. And get proper pest control and clean the building.
