Very nice landlord

Pros:
Convenient location, right next to subway entrance and the owner is very nice and works down the block.
Cons:
Very VERY tiny apartment. Was told it is ~500 but it is most likely closer to 300. The tiling and appliances are very old and dated.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the units. If possible, change the layout so the bathroom is in the back, and then kitchen and living space are connected with a ½ wall. It will make the unit space more efficient and look larger.
