MGT doesn't care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors in the building and also nearby buildings. It's a great community and the location is wonderful
Cons:
Management! They are the worst and running the building into the ground.
Advice to owner:
Man up and take control, also you need a new super

Don’t live here go somewhere else.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only pro I can say is garbage outside is somewhat neat.
Cons:
No fixes in the building or apartments, it’s dirty filthy, landlord or super don’t care about your well-being, laundry machines are dirty, water pressure is messed up and no gas for almost 4 months. Wouldn’t be surprised if it lasts longer than a year. Rent is too high to live here with these conditions.
Advice to owner:
Make some changes or adjust rent if not you will lose people.

If it’s not one thing it’s another...
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a nice neighborhood and feel I safe. Public transportation is close by all around.
Cons:
The super does the bare minimum. You would think with Covid the building would have been cleaner. You don’t have to go far to know what you could be expecting from this place. The front doors are probably cleaned once a year. As you enter the lobby you will find dead roaches that will be there for a week or two before super decides to clean it up. The walls have all sort of crud around. The elevator usually breaks down once a month. Management is horrible. The landlords will try to make you pay for repairs he should be accountable for just as basic wear and tear of the apartment. He does a lot of patch work and no real long lasting repairs. Windows frames are really weak and chipping away.
Advice to owner:
Don’t treat tenants like they should be grateful for an apartment they PAY RENT for. Make better repairs and actually have a super who can at least clean the lobby properly.
