Love/Hate relationship
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's in a beautiful area. Waterfront and large parks close by. Easy access to highway. Low crime.
Cons:
Apartments are old. Hallways are old looking and dirty. Front door lock keeps being vandalized. Windows are no good. Loud noise from restaurant and traffic.

Step it up
