Dont waste your time! Look elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood & neighbors.
Cons:
Super old building built in 1900’s. Has not been upgraded. Only minimal cosmetic upgrades with the cheapest, ugliest (mismatched) salvaged materials. Landlord ignores or drags his feet to complete repairs. Always blames the tenant for the need of repairs even though nothings been upgraded (plumbing, heating, windows, kitchens). He purposefully does a sloppy job so that you move out. All he does is complain and blames the tenants.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade your apartments and you’ll have less complaints, repairs and turnover!

Don’t Rent! Run!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are quiet for the most part. Neighborhood is great super convenient location. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons:
The Landlord is a slumlord. If you need a repair he always blames the tenant. He purposely does the shittiest repair job possible with the crappiest materials to discourage you from ever asking for repairs again. He barely gives any heat. The apartment windows are old and outdated so prepare to freeze. You have to hound him to clean the building or keep the garbage areas clean.
Advice to owner:
1) Update apartments. 2) Treat tenants as you would want to be treated. 3) Be FAIR and HONEST
