DO NOT MOVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all.
Cons:
This building is invested with Bedbugs. I moved in, and after 2 months all of my brand new furniture and everything I owned was infested. The exterminator told me the woman next door was hazardously invested and has been for years. This information was not told at all before moving in. After battling with this sketchy Management company, and having to spend all of my savings, they gave me $250 for damages. I paid at least 30x that amount getting rid of this issue while teaching 12+ hours a day from a home infested with pests. Fuck this building and fuck the privileged ass people who own it and profit off of the tenants living in hideous conditions.
