Spacious and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
- I live by myself and the unit is spacious for one person. - For the most part, the building and neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. - High ceilings - Overhead fans in every room - Wall moldings are beautiful - beautiful wood floors - super lives in the building, is responsive, friendly, and helpful - monthly pest control
Cons:
- small bathroom - old appliances, linoleum, and cabinets - inflexible with different forms of rent payments
Advice to owner:
Allow different forms of rental payments.

Great building, great super, thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, renovated, super on site and excellent management.
Cons:
Walls and floors/ceilings are incredibly thin. Heating/pipes are extremely loud. Most neighbors are mindful of noise, but not all.
