Terrible Management and Even Worse Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice and relatively quiet neighbors.
Cons:
Lack of cleanliness, rude and lazy Super, lack of water pressure, vague warm water, lack of pest control. You have to continuously contact management to get a response and even then they take their time to come and repair. When repairs are made, only the bare minimum is done.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants, we are not here for free, so do your part!
