Pretty disgusting building
Former Tenant
Pros:
You live close to a laundry mat which is nice the Train station is a block away the bus is on your block And there’s a lot of stores near by
Cons:
The living space is alright could be bigger especially for the amount of rent you pay the building is barley cleaned The janitor is a pain in the ass The front Door is always broken
Advice to owner:
Care a little for your tenants and be nicer
