Pros:
Building is located in a nice neighborhood, decent size space, highly recommended for small families three or less
Cons:
pest problem, needs of renovation

very poor communication from homeowner

Pros:
No strangers come into the building, quiet
Cons:
Cigarette smell once coming into the building. Children live in the building and smell isn’t safe as well paint pealing in the hallway as well dirty. No super in the building and there’s no consistently cleaning. In the summer water hugs come out and there’s no exterminator who comes and check apartments
Advice to owner:
To paint buildings hallway walls, buy something so smell won’t affect neighbors as well children well being. Have a better System cleaning the building weekly.
