Run!!! Bed bugs!

Pros:
Beighbours are friendly
Cons:
Unlivable conditions-I had to move out, as I experienced two bed bugs infestations. The building is dirty, the garbage is not taken out on time.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the insect problem and keep the building clean

Dirty building with mice issues

Some neighbors are ok
Cons:
Dirty building, constant mice problems with no end in sight. There was a constant mice infestation in my apartment. I complained to management and they sent exterminator but it did not work. I ended up hiring my own exterminator that closed the holes in my apartment and set up multiple mouse traps. In a matter of 2 weeks, 7 mice got caught!! However, in couple of months, the mice started coming in again. I was too grossed out and moved out.
Advice to owner:
Your building needs serious and constant pest control!!!

BED BUGS in the building

Pros:
Nice neighbors and more or less quiet building
Cons:
Bed bugs were found in multiple apartments!!! I had recurring mice issues in mine. Landlord does not provide proper pest control, even when requested. Building is not kept clean.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of bedbugs and rodents, clean up the building!
