This place is a dump
Pros
Close to the train. Quiet neighborhood. Large outdoor space.
Cons
Landlord is awful. Buildings completely falling apart. Like, the floors are literally falling out from under us. We had a very serious leak for 5 years that ruined our furniture. Pigeons live in the stove vent and stink up the whole apartment. Boiler is 100 years old and breaks once a week. The landlord blames everyone but herself for all of the problems. She’s never apologized or taken responsibility. Just stay away from this place. She’s also super racist and paranoid.
