Pros:
Great quite building, awesome neighbors.
Cons:
Too many pest issues, especially roaches.
Advice to owner:
Exterminate more often

Super's Son Orchestrates Robberies

Pros:
Normal, large apartment in a residential neighborhood
Cons:
Super's son and his friends orchestrated multiple robberies. Hard to believe, I know. But, it's true. He would watch as people would come and go and note down their schedules. He would also find out when people were on vacations and plan robberies while they were gone.
Advice to owner:
Fire the super (Mike)
