Clean, updated and family-like. Best apartment experience I’ve ever had

Pros:
Paula and Sal have been the best landlords I’ve ever had. They treat you like family. At least once a week we chat over coffee that she makes in the mornings, and she’ll even bring up supper once in a while! They live in the building, and are always cleaning and maintaining it. They’re very responsive if anything comes up, and always want to make sure you’re satisfied.
The apartment itself is updated, quite spacious, and gets plenty of natural light. The landlords are also not money hungry and don’t raise the rent.
Cons:
My only real con I have is that sound carries easily in this building. If someone is in the downstairs hallway, or if loud music is on in an apartment, you’ll probably hear it. The only other con is that more landlords and buildings aren’t as great as this one!
Advice to owner:
At some point it would be great to have sound insulated doors. Otherwise, keep being the amazing people you are!
