    From the better pre-war buildings

    Pros:
    Pre-war sizes
    Good heat
    Cons:
    Dusty smelling old elevator
    No lighting in living room

    Not worth the rent increases

    Laundry, close to subway
    Cons:
    Management wants to squeeze every penny outta you and will raise rent more than 10% per year!
    Advice to owner:
    Go easy on the rent increases
