Steer clear. All that glitters is not gold!

Pros:
Neighborhood is relatively quiet. That’s really it.
Cons:
Building looks great from the outside but the apartments are old and decrepit. I’ve had water bugs, and roaches and decided to finally move out the moment I found a mouse. Mind you, I kept my apartment clean. Good luck getting management to fix anything including ceiling leaks, cracked tiles, or any plumbing issues. Super has a nasty attitude and talks to you like you’re beneath him especially if you’re a female. I was asked to pay $40 for changing my kitchen lights.
