    Residential but also very racist neighborhood

    Pros:
    Nice building, large apartments, relatively responsive on-site super.
    Cons:
    Building management company cannot be bothered unless you're taking their order for a Dunkin Donuts iced kawfee.

    Neighborhood is extremely racist towards minorities and LGBT people.

    Answer the phone.
