Wouldn’t send my worst nightmare to live here.

Pros:
Not much in all honestly.
Cons:
Horrible, horrible landlord. Some neighbors are VERY rude and noisy. Too much strollers stored in the lobby out in the open.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building you’re a horrible landlord.

Bad landlord No hot water No heat Superintendent works for landlord No help from the office Lots of complaints at 311 Lots of complaints at nyc housing Only help is to go at the courthouse
