It's just okay

Pros:
Landlord is great Decent building neighbors
Cons:
No amenities People don't wear masks Crumbling and old inside Biggest con is extremely noisy if you're on the right side because of delivery trucks
Advice to owner:
Would be excellent building if only the noise issue could be coordinated and resolved with the business next door
