Good location but a horrible super and landlord.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location close to everything, most of the tenants are polite and good people, can’t say the same about the super...
Cons:
The landlord doesn’t care about the building unless they are hit with fines, neither does the super...broken windows, heat doesn’t work...I’m not even gonna mention the laundry room. Generally ignores requests for repairs or takes forever to fix...and when they make them guess what? Rent increase!...what a joke of a super. Lately all the packages are getting stolen, he refuses to put cameras in the building. Now that most of the long time residents are gone, he just has his associates living there and rules don’t apply to them...washing machines, pets and other things are allowed for them but not the for tenants who are not his buddies. Unless you want to spend your money are get into arguments...stay far away...
Advice to owner:
My advice to the owner...take care of your sh*t w before the city comes and takes it...I mean the violations speak for themselves...pathetic.

An absolute gem of Williamsburg
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment is fantastic. The land lord is the most responsive land lord I’ve ever had, and never leaves any issues for you to sleep on.
Cons:
The only con about this apartment is that the neighborhood is still being established. I have a dog and walking around at night can be a little uncomfortable.
