Tenants have no respect or consideration for other tenants noise and unbear

Pros:
I have my own some what private entrance and area which nobody respects
Cons:
Nothing gets fixed or you don’t get reenbursted for demages
Advice to owner:
Take a good look at what people you have moving in this building I have a funny feeling you have no idea all kinds of characters
