Horrible and dirty

Pros:
all previous landlords and previous tenants
Cons:
-building never cleaned
-garbage not taken to curb-causes garbage pile up
-vandalism
-break in
-landlord refuses to fix apt issues (water leakages, hole on floor, etc)
-police arrests (allegedly stolen motorcycles)
-landlord allows "motorcycle business" in the back of the apartment building
Advice to owner:
Do the right thing or sell the property
