Slumlords who don’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have lived here for 50 years and it was lovely. Family friendly. Now it’s poorly managed, uncared for and falling apart. It’s filthy
Cons:
Heat is awful in the winter, laundry room is filthy. Management is unresponsive and nasty
Advice to owner:
Clean! Care about the property

Very average and best on the block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Much better building compared to the neighboring one. Great super who is very responsive and keeps it clean, garbage area is small but does get cleaned at least 1-2 times a day. Elevator is couple of years old and has two stairways that area close to each other, it's a very decent building
Cons:
Parking is hard, winters could get cold if you live on the outside windows
