Pros:
It was very cheap I suppose
Cons:
I never EVER had heat. Not once. The garbage man also made me very uncomfortable several times and is creepy to the point where I feel unsafe. Not worth how cheap the apartment was. Also, having to constantly deal with roaches, even big hardback ones whenever it got warm out.
