Pest infested building

Pros:
Neighbors are very nice and friendly. Always willing to help you out.
Cons:
Pest infested. Mice and roaches run this building. They have monthly pest control but it does nothing. They change supers so often because no one wants to keep the place clean and sealed and so pests come and go constantly. Been living here over 5 years and I’m sick and tired of it and ready to find a new place to live.
Advice to owner:
Knock the whole building down and rebuild it.

Pros:
Everyone is very private but nice. The only thing is that there is no elevator so you have to walk up and down the stairs.
Cons:
A huge con is that UPS, FED EX etc does not bring up your package and leaves it in the lobby or leaves the package outside the door. You have to be mindful of your packages.
Advice to owner:
Speaking to FEDEX, UPS and any mail services for large deliveries because it’s not fair that elderly have to carry heavy boxes up the stairs.
