Crazy landlord loud AF
Former Tenant
Pros:
Many Asian restaurants you can choose from. Train station is nearby and convenient for groceries.
Cons:
I searched up this property because I used to live here for a short period of time and didn’t I would come across a rating from the current tenants. The landlord is Chinese from Taishan, and they like making excessive noises when cooking cleaning or doing house chores. The thing is they like to cook at weird hours like midnight(10pm-12am sometimes 1am) and very early in the morning(4am-8am). Me and my family felt like we were sleeping on the construction sites. We brought the problem to them and of course that didn’t turn out good and they purposely made even more noises. They didn’t seem to get tired because they could literally up all night from Mon-Sun and the weekend is the worst with more noises. The place also had pest and rat and mold problem, and guess what, we couldn’t take it and moved. This isn’t the first time they did this, the way they handled this kinda situation tells me that I can’t be the only victim. Anyway, just stay away from this place for your own good.
