If you like traffic noise and roaches…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to shore parkway, target, a nice park, trains and express buses. Rent is still pretty reasonable considering the current market. Decently sized apartment and good heat.
Cons:
Roaches. Lots of them. We try so hard to clean, spray, bait, and still we see them. Crazy loud area from local traffic so you can’t even keep your windows open since all you hear is honking outside. Landlord is somewhat responsive once you finally get ahold of someone there. Super speaks no English and has a bad attitude.
Advice to owner:
Be more diligent about pest control, spray the incinerator and garbage shute. Talk to the super about his attitude.
