Parkoff Property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry located in the building, trash pickup
Cons:
constant pest problems, the apartment was poorly renovated, unresponsive building management, dealing with noisy neighbors on my own, tenets throwing food and trash out their windows.
Advice to owner:
Take action the first time a tenet address issues, not having to call and message multiple times. Tenets clearly have no respect for other neighbors
