No pros all cons. Don’t rent there trust me

Trust me just don’t rent help I promise you first day Claudia the daughter of the owner seems nice but shes so cheap and mean and locked us outside tn. First few days she gives u the nice face then she she hit you with 5 pages rules some of them, no air conditioning. No lighting candles. You lay for extra water usage. No more than 2 people allowed other wise she charges 500$ for extra people and list goes on
