Pros:
New Building Super since Late of year 2022 is great. Previous Super didnt do anything
Cons:
Courtyard is not accessible to tenants
Advice to owner:
Help with apartment renovations to tenants who have been living there for many years

No repairs done no maintenance No super even one is in the building

Get what owe to tenant
At least maintenance and repairs done right away not few months or even a year later if lucky
Been doing my repairs for 35 years
Cons:
Dirty not care for
Not fare we pay rent and some of us repair on our own
Advice to owner:
When u have tenants who care and pay rent is not right to have a dirty not clean building and no super active ok no
