Not Worth the Stress
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near the subway
Cons:
Landlord does not deal with issues until things escalate. Had a mold issue in the unit after repeated water damage and the super just wanted paint over the mold. Building has not had cooking gas for 2.5 months, and while the landlord provided a hot plate, this is not a long term solution. Rent was not reduced despite the services being reduced.
