Pros:
Super is great, neighbors great, pest control great, rent stabilized
Cons:
Needs new flooring and old neighbors need a ramp to get down stairs they struggle with it and it’s sad to watch

Nice & clean!

Pros:
Always kept clean. Garbage maintenance 100%. Tenants friendly. Superintendent is nice and always deals with issues in a timely manner. Safe neighborhood. Close to many many stores including supermarkets, delis, & dollar stores. Close to doctors offices. Close to train & buses.
Cons:
No elevator. Parking is hard to find, but not impossible.
