Ok building

Pros:
I like the affordable rent and the superintendent usually responds quickly.
Cons:
My neighbor upstairs have a child and they are always running around all hours of the night. Don’t know how they don’t have any consideration for others. Also, have a young couple next door who are always fighting and arguing where the whole floor can hear them.
