Complete Crap
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing good about this building
Cons:
The super is terrible, the landlord is also terrible. They don’t care for your problems. They will do anything to be cheap and pocket the rest of the money. Not a good place to live
Advice to owner:
You need to control your management because they are stealing your money away from you.
